The West Australian built Paddle Steamer Decoy (PS Decoy) is an iconic entertainment venue cruising the Swan River for nearly 30 years. The Decoy has a licensed bar and a licensed kitchen, serving food and locally made beers and wines during our twilight cruises. To view our current drinks menu, click here.

In addition to being a charter vessel, the Decoy also facilitates a range of entertainment throughout the year including our famous live Music Cruises on the Swan River, Perth’s only Riverboat Burlesque and Comedy shows. Please see below for show details as well as our Facebook Page.

The Gumnut Stompers have played for over 25 years on PS Decoy entertaining an absolute multitude over that time, these guys are genuine classic with musical preferences including Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Jellyroll Morton, Scott Joplin, George Gershwin and the like, but they have very eclectic tastes too.

Tani and Kirsten’s beautiful yet powerful voices and rich harmonies make their reimaginings of classic rock and pop tunes truly unique. Both ladies are singer-songwriters whose quality originals and upbeat covers will have you boogieing on this Sunday Afternoon on the decks of the Decoy. Joined by the talented Dave Webb on various percussion, Smith & Walker’s sound will be sure to blow you away.

Friday the 16th February 2018. Twilight Blues with Rick Steele.
Depart 6:30 pm. Return 9:30 pm.

Every Paddle Steamer has it own legend and Rick Steele is ours. An inductee of the WAM Hall of Fame, Rick is actually the son of a preacher man and started his musical career singing in the church choir where his father preached. At 12 years of age Rick bought his first guitar for eight pounds after raising the money working at a local shop and the rest as they say is history…..

Sunday 18th February 2018. Jazz Cruise with Swingin' At The Savoy.

Having sold out the Decoy last year, Swingin’ at the Savoy return with their entertaining and energetic jazz/swing music. Playing infectious jazz party music from the 1920’s-1940’s and their own original Cool Cat material, Swingin’ At The Savoy features Randa Khamis (Lead vocal) Barnabus Courtauld (Drums), Mark Wearing (Saxophone), Chris Dombrose (Guitar) and Sid Hennessy (Double bass).

Sunday 25th February 2018. Jazz Cruise with the Swan River Ramblers.
Depart 2:00 pm. Return 5:00 pm.

Having sold out the Decoy last year, the Swan River Ramblers return to satisfy demand, and that they will. You can expect all sorts of musical styles from Pete Jeavons, Adrian Galante, Adam Hall and Ray Walker, including Swing, Gypsy and Trad Jazz. and recognise some of the classical greats in their repertoire – Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Jellyroll Morton, Scott Joplin and George Gershwin as well as some popular modern artists.
